Growing Brave Try Again Baby Giraffe

As a mom, I’ve always wanted to nurture courage, resilience, and curiosity in my child not through instructions or pressure, but through lived experiences.

I was noticing his efforts to solve problems. One day he was not able to eat dates as it has seeds, so he was always asking me to remove the seed for him. Another time: he wanted to do skating/scooter from a double slope. Initially scared, he couldn’t do it, no matter how much I explained. But then I shared the story of the little giraffe how it stumbled, fell, yet never gave up.

Later he changed his perspective. Next day we went there he wanted to try, he fell so badly 3–4 times, still he tried and tried, And when he finally succeeded, his joy was contagious. He turned to me and said, “Try kel ki padat nahi"(When you try and try, you'll not fall) just like the Baby Giraffe.

This book is inspired by such real-life moments. It’s a reminder that true learning happens when children experience, feel, and reflect. It’s a guide to nurturing resilience, courage, self-belief, and independence, while turning every challenge into lifelong lessons.
